3. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification. Please include:

  • Identification of the Content: Specify the content that was removed and where it appeared.

  • Statement of Good Faith: Declare, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your Contact Information: Provide your name, mailing address, and email address.

If your counter-notification meets the necessary requirements, we may reinstate the content.
